How the HighDataCircles website handles tool inputs, search, cookies, external links, and privacy questions.
Effective 10 October 2026. This notice describes the HighDataCircles website as built for its initial launch.
Your tool inputs stay in your browser.
The dataset card builder, readiness checklist, and deal calculator run locally in the page. They do not upload your inputs to HighDataCircles, an AI provider, or an external form service. Inputs are held in memory while you use the page and are not saved by the site between visits. Downloads are created on your device. Copy controls write to your clipboard only when you use them.
You do not need to enter personal records, secrets, or confidential datasets to use the tools. Product descriptions and planning assumptions are enough.
Search and browsing
Site search uses a static index delivered from the website. Queries are processed in your browser. A submitted query is included in the page URL so a search can be revisited; it may therefore appear in your browser history or any place you choose to share that URL. Avoid sensitive search terms.
The launch build includes no advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, signup forms, or site-set cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site. The website is delivered by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser headers, and technical logs to deliver and secure the site. Its network operates internationally. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its description of this processing. Security features may use cookies or challenges when needed; the site’s interactive tools do not require them. HighDataCircles has not enabled Cloudflare Web Analytics in this launch configuration.
External websites
Reddit, company program pages, and other linked sources operate under their own policies. Clicking a link takes you to that service. This site does not embed a live Reddit feed or submit a message on your behalf.
Questions and corrections
Contact the HighDataCircles moderators for website privacy questions. Reddit will process that communication under its own policies. Do not include private dataset records in a message.
Changes
If analytics, forms, accounts, advertising, or other data collection are added, this notice must be updated to describe the actual processing and any choices required by applicable law.
