An open reference for readers and agents.
Public Markdown guides, a structured glossary, and a content catalog for researching data brokerage and dataset sales.
The same knowledge, in a simpler format.
The handbook is readable as ordinary HTML, without signing in or running JavaScript. Guides also have Markdown versions. The guide catalog and glossary are available as structured JSON. These exports come from the same content used on the public pages.
| Resource | Format | Contents |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery index | Markdown text | Short descriptions and links to the reference material |
| Content catalog | JSON | Guide titles, summaries, canonical URLs, sources, and export paths |
| Data business glossary | JSON | Visible definitions and links to related guides |
| Full reference export | Markdown text | Guides and glossary in one document |
| Publication feed | RSS XML | Guides and market briefs |
| Sitemap | XML | Public pages for discovery |
Source and scope information
Each guide has a canonical HTML URL, a publication date, a direct answer, detailed sections, and source notes where applicable. Export dates do not independently establish that a third-party program remains open. Company examples distinguish public intake, partner programs, vendor catalogs, and historical sourcing evidence; none establishes current demand.
For attribution, the canonical article URL is the durable reference. Examples and calculator defaults are hypothetical. The editorial organization is HighDataCircles; the site does not claim named expert authors or independent legal review.
Free, read-only access
These resources require no API key and accept no uploads. They are static documents, not an authenticated API or an MCP server. For product details, source selection, and corrections, see the editorial policy.
Discovery is not a guarantee of citation.
The llms.txt proposal offers an additional way to find useful content. The standard HTML pages remain the core publication. Inclusion in a search or generated answer is determined by the system retrieving and using the material.
