How we build the handbook.
Our approach to sources, examples, AI assistance, company examples, corrections, and commercial independence.
Evidence should be easy to find.
We prefer primary sources: official program pages, product documentation, legislation, regulators, and original research. Guides link to sources near relevant claims and collect further reading at the end. A source-check date records when a public page was consulted; it is not a promise that a program remains unchanged.
Company announcements are attributed to the company. An announced commitment is not described as completed spending. Our interpretation and practical questions are distinguished from the source’s factual claims.
Examples are examples.
Hypothetical products, sample prices, pilot structures, and operational frameworks are labeled accordingly. Calculator defaults are invented planning inputs, not market-rate estimates. We do not publish invented customer stories, revenue results, interviews, personal deal experience, credentials, or testimonials.
How AI is used
The launch publication was prepared with AI assistance for research, drafting, code, and editing. Primary pages were consulted for the cited program and regulatory claims. This does not establish independent expert review. No named professional reviewer or completed transaction experience is claimed.
We aim for direct language, concrete examples, clear limitations, and useful work. We do not optimize prose for AI-detector scores or describe assisted writing as entirely human-authored.
Companies as examples, not endorsements
We name a company only when its public material clarifies a practical point in a guide or market brief. There are no standalone company profiles, promotional rankings, company-logo walls, or buyer referral cards. We distinguish a public submission form from a partner program, a vendor catalog, and historical evidence of data use.
A cited example does not establish current demand, acceptance, pricing, or a commercial relationship with HighDataCircles. Our frameworks, calculations, and questions are editorial guidance; factual descriptions link to their source.
Commercial interests
The publication contains no paid placements or affiliate tracking links. If sponsorships, referral arrangements, or other material commercial relationships are introduced, they should be disclosed where they affect the content. Community contributors should disclose their own interests.
Legal and privacy topics
These pages help readers identify issues and prepare for a professional review. They are not legal opinions, contracts, certifications, or exhaustive surveys of every jurisdiction. Regulatory pages can change; consult the current primary source and qualified advisers for the actual transaction.
Corrections and updates
To flag an error, contact the HighDataCircles moderators with the page URL, the disputed statement, and a public supporting source. Please do not send a private dataset or confidential agreement. Material corrections should identify what changed and update the page’s date.
